After an examination at the hospital, I was told it wasn't worth a knee cap operation as i'm too young (37) so was told to try Glucosamine 1.5gm per day. Has anyone tried this and if so, did you find a difference? I've to try it for 6 weeks.....

I have tried Glucosamine & Chondroitin and found no immediate relief. Now I am on a product that contains Glucosomine and Celedrin that works immediatley. My Mom is taking the same product and is now off of her Celebrex for chronic neck & shoulder pain and miraculously she has no pain. I am not sure if I can mention what this product is (due to the guidlines) but I would be happy to share it with you if you email me directly at loriworth@bellsouth.net

It works for many people, but it takes time. You won't see any results right away. However, if you are patient, you should see a marked improvement. Good luck to you!
