Waxing. You need to be good at it though, or you could put the wax on when it is too hot and burn yourself. Be careful when you melt the wax - use low heat and never leave it unattended. Leave it to cool after it has melted for about 4 or 6 minutes (keep testing) If it isn't too runny, it might be ready to use. Too stiff is no good; you have to melt it agin. Dab a touch with your spatula on the inside of your wrist. If it doesn't burn, slop some into one nostril at a time, give it a few seconds to set, then peel away. The hair will peel off and not grow back for about a month. It takes a lot of practice though, but really is the best method.
Maybe you have a friend who uses wax for bikini area, or legs or face ... ask for personal advice. Doubt they'd let you watch, but might volunteer to do your first waxing session!
Good Luck!

Well--I was going to let you in on the old ---lighter fluid up the nose with a short burst from a lit lighter thing until you had to go and put all these no pain restrictions on this question

Your best shot is the little device made for the job--called the personal grooming wizard---takes two aaa batteries (not included ) available everywhere.......

Shaving, Depilatories, Friction, Waxing, and Sugaring aren't good or practical options for the nose area though.

Just trim it. Your supposed to have nose hair, it acts as a "filter" so your not breathing in all of those particles in the air that could be dangerous.
Also, you would have to have a lot of time to tweeze every hair in your nose.

removing your nasal hair is not healthy, it acts as a filter to get rid of all the germs, bacteria, and dust that is trying to get in your body.
