Why are nail salons usually owned/staffed by Asian/Vietnamese people?

I can never understand them!

I'm Vietnamese, and I don't even have a clue...I guess it's because we're damn good at it...and we like cash, which goes mostly "under the table", so we can open more nail salons...it's a vicious cycle..

They know where the money is and they aren't afraid to get dirty for it. If i knew anything about how to run a nail salon, i would open one up, that's a gold mine.

because doing nails is apart of their culture
