If it is Social Security Disability Income or Social Security Retirement, CURRENT support can be taken from it, to a certain percentage (I don't know the amount).

Whether or not back support can be taken from it is unclear, and you would have to contact a lawyer or perhaps social security administration to find out.

If it is Supplemental Security Income, nothing can be taken from that, including current support owed.

NO!! Child support is arranged in civil court, Social Security income is essentially untouchable by civil authority. It can't be garnished.
