Punch and Judy were a rather seggestive puppet show during the vaudville era. I have never heard of then associated with baseball.

Its "Punch and Judy".

Rather than explaining it, I'll give you an example.

Bucky Dent, the guy who hit that big homer for the Yankees, against the Red Sox in 1978... was what you'd call a "Punch and Judy" hitter.

It's a term used to describe a hitter with no power.
