I ran out of mana in Diablo II?

I'm in Act IV and I ran out of mana. I am opening the seals in the Sanctuary of Chaos. Can I use the Horadric Cube to make more? Is there a way to get more mana without relying on chance? I can't go back to prior acts.

Depends on your class. Barbarians can get potions from the bodies of monsters they have killed. Sorceress regain mana the fastest, but they use it like crazy. Maybe you should just hang back a little, Wait for it to go up, or use a town portal to talk to Janelle in the Citadel.
