That is very disprespectful to you and her mom. But you didn't stop either when she got on the phone, so... It's one thing if it's her friend calling because then she'll probably tell her what she's doing then or later and it would be kinda funny but not her mom.

that's creepy. she shouldn't have answered her phone at all while having sex, but if she had to, then she should have stopped having sex. tell her how you feel if it's a big deal to you.
