somebody sent me an email,?

how do I know who they are, if they have a sbcglobal.net account?

Open the header information in the email and look at the "Receive: from" line. It should look something like this.

Received: from smtp.somesite.com ([255.255.255.255])

Enter the IP address in paranthese at http://www.samspade.org in the IP Address text box. It should show you all the publicly accessible information available to you.

Ask them who are you?Then if their someone dangerous don`t reply any of their messages
