It would have to be The Exorcist with Linda Blair's head turning all the way around. That movie is over 20 yrs. old and I can still see it like it was yesterday. That movie had some awesome special effects to have been made so long ago.

There are alot of scenes in the original movie The Omen. The photographer and the sheet of glass cutting his head off,the way that the priest was killed with the lightning rod,but the one that really sticks out is the scene at the funeral when Damien turns around and gives you that devilish grin.

The end scene in Girl with a Pearl Earring, when Scarlet Johansson receives the tiny parcel from Colin Firth, she breaks the seal and its the pair of earrings, it was very touching, they apparently had feelings for each other, but she was the servant and he was the master - married with kids, etc, so for me it was sad that they could not be together, but happy that it was confirmation that she touched his life.
The movie in itself was awesome, the way it was filmed, the lighting, etc...it made me feel as if I was in Vermeer painting...

The scene in Reservoir Dogs where Mr. Blonde cuts off the cops ears while dancing around. To this day I can't listen to, "Stuck In The Middle With You"!

I saw The Godfather when I was small.
That scene where the movie producer pulls back his gleaming yellow satin sheets...his hands are sticky and red....and his horse's head is staring back at him. Damn, it looked realistic.
It scared the absolute snot out of me as a four year old.
When I was little my mother apparently didn't adhere to the guidelines of movie ratings

In Full Metal Jacket when the guy blows his brains out sitting on the john. I just walked into the room when it happened and I've been scarred for life. I wasn't even watching it.

I watched the movie "4 Rooms" my Freshman year of High School and it has haunted me ever since. They found a dead girl in a hotel mattress and kids were playing darts with syringes. That was one disturbing movie!!!

The end of "To Kill a Mockingbird," when Scout first meets Boo Radley. Just Mary Badham's delivery of the line "Hey, Boo," destroys me every time.
