There are a few things that work for me. The first would be jogging or some other sport - even a very easy, relaxing one could work. The important thing is (at least for me) to relax, to take my mind off everything.

Another way, that doesn't always work though, but it's good if I'm in a hurry and there's no way to do any sport or to relax is coffee. It's just a short-term treatement for me, after an hour my migraine is back, but maybe during that hour I solve my problems and I can jog.

I don't know any immediate way of getting relieve.

To get rid of the migraine altogether, I would recommend a manual one-time treatment called Atlaprofilax. The effect on the self-healing power of the body is simply amazing - own experience. :-)

At present, the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing around 200 Dollars. Good luck!

Oh dear!

Well, yes, Tylenol and coffee for starters. And if you can, get someone to massage up your back, arms, shoulders, neck, scalp (especially around the ears) and forehead. That's what I had to do for my mother when she used to have such awful migraines. Actually, if there was time, I would massage from the feet on up and add her hands. But you sound rushed.

Good luck!

-Put a damp cloth on your forehead.
-Drink some caffeinated coffee.
-Drink some camomile tea.

These all work....trust me. I've suffered from chronic migraines ever since I was a child. I know how excruciating they can be.
