yes but not often. a few times a month. You can get a chart from your OB that has the safest sea foods and amounts you can have.
Yes it is real fish, its made from a mix of fish and crab meats. You can read it on the package, just what fish meats are in it.
Just about all sea creatures that we eat have high levels of murcury in their meat, king crab has the lowest. You're allowed to eat it six times a month.
All i have craved since i got pregnant was crab meat. Go figure. So i totally know, since ive had to monitor myself. lol.

Immitation crab meat is white fish with red dye and antibiotics on it to keep it fresh. It isalways good to avoid dyes and antibiotics. My husband is allergic to the antibiotics, so I have investigated the topic.

I've eaten enough of it!!! That's one of the few "cravings" that I've had this time. :-) Hasn't caused me or baby any problems!!
