Ok I need advise on what is the best way to track my fertility. I had a miscarriage last month and am now on my 1st normal cycle. Doctor says its ok to start trying this month. So from experience what way is more accurate.

The Fertility Awareness Method also know as FAM. Basically you track your bbt everyday and also check your cervical mucus everyday and write down the consistency. You'll be the most fertile when you notice that mucus is more wet and when it gets to the point where it is egg white in consistency and really stretchy. Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler and she'll tell you everything you need to know about charting your fertility and she'll even include ready made charts for you to use in the back. First of all I'm sorry to hear about your loss. If you got pregnant means that everything should be fine as for you ovulating and your husband having a good sperm count. Are you taking your prenatal vitamins right now? if not you should, that should be number one. Secondly, you can do the same thing you did last month which aparebtly worked for you but if you need other advise, go to this websites, I bought the products and got pregnant the first month I used them www.fertilefocus.com, www.preseed.com. Go to mymonthlycycles.com...it have a ovulation predictor. You put in the first day of your last menstrual cycle, and how long your cycle is, and it will give you the most oppurtune time to conceive...its free too by the way
