Well i like u was struggling with the same problem i was198 pounds last year, my friend show up one day an suggested to try this pill that help u loss appetite, u r not hungry at all. but u eat not a lot because u fell no more hunger. well i went from a size 18 to a size 8 in 8 months. i fell great. the only think i have struggle to get rid of is my fat belly . After three kids it is kind of hard. any ways these pills are call PHENTHERMINE ask ur physician about them.

Best diet ever:
Drink nothing, but water.
Cut your meals in half. (instead of eating the whole cheese burger, just eat half of it, and don't eat the fries!)
No snacks!

Exercise!
You can do this in your living room! Run in place for about 10 minutes each day, and it will be the same as going out and doing it, just less hastle!

I personally don't think you're fat, certainly not one of the fattest people ever!! =]

well, the only way that works is to eat plenty of fruits & veggies, grilled chicken & fish, stay away from "white starch" like potatoes, white bread, pasta. drink lots of water, and exercise. take atleast 1 30 min. walk every day, and 3-4 times each week do vigorous activity like, running, fast biking etc. good luck!

girl you are not all that fat...you can stand to tone up a lil bit.....but you are not the fattest person i ever seen you dress cute for your size....

Why do you keep asking over and over if you're fat? Just eat right and exercise. Get a trainer, work out at home, jog, nobody can tell you what's right for your body.... You just have to try it and find out.

No fast food. No soda of any kind. No chips, cookies, cake, junk food in general.

GET UP AND MOVE AROUND BESIDES TO THE FRIDGE AND BACK.

you look darn good to me not fat at all
if you want to lose a few lbs try walking up and down stairs and cut fat and sugar out of your diet
but you don't need to

since you like being on the computer so much. buy a laptop and then tie it around your neck and walk and use the computer at the same time.
