Satisfaction/fulfillment and the feeling I'm contributing to the betterment of society.
My job isn't high-paying ( I work at a high school supervising kids who are in trouble), but it gives me rewards beyond money and I look forward to going to it even after a number of years.

The relationships I've formed with my co-workers. We've worked together for so long & know each other so well that we're really more like family. Those relationships definitely outweigh any other benefit.

Time off (paid or unpaid), a comfortable schedule that doesn't work me to death, and the respect of my peers and supervisors.
I'm very lucky with my job right now. I work hard when I'm here, but I'm not expected to kill myself with tons of overtime. And I love my bosses. :)
