Are you talking about refinancing in order to free up some equity cash or otherwise consolidating your bills? If so, there are all kinds of mortgage companies that will be glad to help you. A Yahoo search for "mortgage companies" will turn up thousands of results.

Are you asking it in regards to "electricity"??

If you are, you dont, you put lightning rods up on your roof and a cable that leads it to ground, so that your house will be the same conductivity as the earth.

If your talking about a "lien" on the house, take out a first or second mortgage..
