You know how guys are. They sometimes get caught up in there work. They feel as if their the man so they should be bring home the most money to take care the family. Let your husband know a little less time at work and more time with the children will really be nice.

It depends on the kind of work he does. if he works weekends too then its an issue. if not he can spend the whole weekends with his family. If you going to ask him to spend more time with the family, ask nicely and dont put your self in the picture, let the children be the sole reason for you asking. Make him see that his kids dont see him much and they keep asking you about him. the bottom line is let him see why he has to spend more time with his kids.

Plan some really quality time with the kids ..get some really good photos ..sooner or later someone will ask ..where are you ..did you take the photo??...then the penny will drop ..you are all enjoying yourselves ..and he is missing out ..no amount of saying this will work ..he has to realise what he is missing ..I enjoyed my kids as much as possible ..so go have fun with them relive your youth

Does the mother work? If not then he is CARRYING the family - maybe someone should cut the father some slack.
