Can't handle the heat. Too much pressure. No sense of responsibility. Selfish and obviously didn't' plan to be with the person long term anyway, otherwise leaving would not have been a thought in his mind. He'll be back when the child grows up and has the leading record in touchdowns or playing the Superbowl etc.
You don't need him if he wants to go. His loss, major loss. Look at Shaquille Oneal's father, still trying to pick up the pieces. Same with some other famed basketball star. His parents gave him up for adoption then tried to weed their way back into his life once he was big time on TV etc. The dude wasn't having it considering the selfish reasons why they gave him up.
Even if the child does not turn out to be a TV celeb, they are still missing all the best moments in a child's life and.. they're still a sorry excuse for a male altogether.

I think because they wern't looking for a kid in the first place.. I'm not sure. My dad ran out on all his kids. He has atleast ten.. not including me. I hate him, not for that.. but for how he treated us.
I don't want to justify guys, but I think the only way they see out is to leave, where-as some women probably would do it if they wern't carrying the child and didn't have the emotional attachment and love for it. The guy isn't carrying it, so he wouldn't know what its like to be a mother or how great it is to be a parent sometimes.
Just saying, if guys were the ones getting pregnant, i'm sure some girls would do the same because they'd feel differently.
Guys just suck.

because most of them are jerks, but there are also some good men around. They dont take responsibility on their actions, so they ran like little girls....but think about it, if he does that then he wasn't worth it, better for a child not to have a dad like that

They leave, because they have no intention of having a long term relationship with ANYONE. These men are transient flakes who only indulge in their animal instincts to procreate. When the responsibility factor comes around, they jet... Just like animals in the wild. I've seen my cousin do this to three women, all of whom he "planned" pregnancies with.

only complete LOSERS do this, any man that is not willing to take care of his responsibilities is no man. Even if he doesn't want to be with the baby's mom, he should still be there for his baby.

Because there is no Commitment on there part such as Marriage that would mean there responsible but easy one-nighters leave no commitment on there part!
