i have grown fat ,got extra fat deposits around waists ,thighs,tummy and all possible places which i want to lose as soon as possible.please suggest a quick and effective remedy.

It didn't show up overnight, so it will not go away overnight. PERIOD. Any quick method you can come up with is either in effective, or dangerous.
Start on a high protein, diet. Cut the bad carbs, eat more good carbs. Forget about beer, soda, sugar, salt added to prepared food(they make supplements). Drink water constantly. Every time you feel hungry, have a glass of water before a meal, this will fill you up more so you don,t eat so much in one sitting. Instead of eating alot two, or three times a day, eat a little five times a day. This will take some practice, as we are all trained to eat till were full. This is where we go wrong. No more potato chips. Eat celery, carrot sticks etc... This stuff you can eat all day long. Exercise every day, thirty minutes of cardio, like stair master, treadmill etc...You do this and you WILL see results. It took me about a month, but I just weighed myself last tuesday, and I lost 6 1/2 pounds. I was so happy! You can do it too my friend. Cardio exercises are good - riding a stationary bike, eliptical, or treadmill.

You'll also want to do some light muscle-building exercises. Muscle helps increase your metabolism (because it has higher nutrient demands than fat) and so building muscle helps you to lose weight and keep it off.

Muscle, however, weighs more than fat. One thing to note is that you may gain weight when you start an exercise regimen, even if you are slimming down, because muscle is more dense than fat.

Aim to lose 1kg a week or thereabouts. Adjust your diet to make it healthier. Keep your diet healthier. And find exercises that will keep you interested; maybe mix them up every so often.

Set yourself up with a little workout routine that includes cardio. Also diet for a couple weeks on some fruits and vegetables. I bet the special K diet works. Eat a bowl 2 times a day and a light dinner and snack. Try it out.

A NO milk diet (it works, believe me). Plus good eating habits (lots of green) and exercise.
