You simply unscrew one ball and then thread it through the hole and screw the ball back on. They are used mostly for bodily piercing other than ears. Although, you can stretch an earring hole to accomodate a barbell by beginning with a very small gauge and increasing the gauge regularly (higher number gauges are smaller) Best wishes

It's important to say that tinnitus is a symptom and not a disease. Some people will have tinnitus because their Cochlea is damaged. And in a few, it could be caused due to hearing loss. But of course, the most common cause of tinnitus is exposure to loud noises. The noise can be a sudden burst, or it could be a constant banging that hits the ear drum and travels inside.

A good guide you can read about tinnitus and some good natural remedies can be found here: http://tinnitus.toptips.org

I don't think you need to stretch before. every single one of my ear piercings was done regularly, and they all have 14g rings in them now. It should fit. If it's a little too tight, then you have to gauge. Just give it a little shove. It will hurt, but not for too long. I've gotten my lobes to a 0g. : ) good luck.

on a barbell the balls screw off and you just pop it in the piercing if the hole is big enough on a captive bead the ball has a lil dimple on each side and the ball pops in and stays in place with the dimples

No they will NOT fit in a regular peircing.. If you are trying to stretch your peircing hole then you need to buy the right size gage.
