I don't think there are side effects from drinking water... But make sure you urinate as often as you drink cuz you might get kidney stones and UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)

Depends on the minerals in the mineral water and in what amounts they are present. Too much of many minerals is toxic to the body, and you can get drunk or die by drinking even plain water.

drinking or eating too much of anything is a bad thing. mineral water does have an increased chance of giving you the disorders you mentioned in your question than normal water. i hope i could have shed a little light on your questions.
