no age has nothing to do with it. gender is determined whether there is an X or Y chromosome in the sperm.

At some age, most men wont be able to make babies at all but not JUST baby girls.

After puberty? No. Unless he has sterility problems, but that's not chromosome-specific; neither the X nor the Y will be produced.

lower sperm counts result in female offspring... so with age, the sperm count is reduced... HENCE, more female offspring.
