That would be rather difficult. If you are using a windows computer, you should at least have explorer. Macs have Safari standard. If you don't have any of those... your best option would be to get on a computer that does have a browser, download a browser installer, like firefox, burn it to a CD, or flashdrive, and install it on your browser-less computer.
