you need to breathe all the time! ever 2 or 3 strokes is what most coaches recommend.
But if you are talking about just not being able to swim without having to stop every other lap.. then its all practice buddy, the fitter you are the more you will be able to go. But swimming is a sport where technique really matters.. so make sure you get someone to teach you how to swim.. becasue once you know the basics.. you can go a lot longer

What I suggest is count to four strokes, then turn your head to the side keeping the ear in water while taking in air, then gently turn face downaward to resume swimming. Some swimmers can go 6 strokes then come up for air. Another suggestion is, get a kick board and practice your breathing while going across the pool. Keep your head submerged, face and ears only. Anything more your head is super submerged and its not the proper way. Try keeping face in water to the count of six or four whichever is more comfortable for you. Once you figure out which is more comfortable practice that. You should see an imporvement. I have seen overweight students lose 25 lbs. in one month swimming 1 hour twice a day. Good Luck!

The more you swim and exercise the more stamina you will acquire. Just keep swimming trying to push yourself a little farther and a little farther each time between taking breaks. Take it slow and don't over do it. You will find that the more extra weight that you lose will help you breath better and that will help you swim farther as well (just a long term goal).

build your stamina-- some good exercise are swimming, jogging and skipping ropes... basically all exercise that requires you to do it over a period of time.
pace yourself-- count your strokes and breathing. breath every 1-2 strokes instead of breathing whenever you feel like it.
don't use all your energy into swimming faster-- trust me if you use 100% of your energy you'll get tired pretty fast.
practice practice and practice-- practice helps. a lot.
have fun swimming!

relax your body completely, swim slower, and before you start swimming, slowly fill your lungs with air; make sure that when you inhale you inhale as much air as possible. next let all the air in your lungs out. this relaxes you. Then take one more slow BIG breath, and go.

people stereotype rap on what they see and hear with the aid of mainstream You couldn't stereotype ninety's rap with the aid of fact each rapper exchange into distinctive Now rappers in basic terms motor vehicle track their voice, placed on skinny denims and snap lower back hats, talk (no longer rap) approximately popping Molly's and spending funds on Versace thongs and their love for white females and say f*** emcees (the version between rap and emcee is that rappers rap for funds and emcees do it for the affection so their asserting doing it with the aid of fact you adore hip hop is retarded) so whilst some one hears the trash on the radio they think of that the rapper is grasping that he has to assert " you idiots are reasons why I'm wealthy" they didn't do something to deserve the acceptance And those that did offered out and chanced on different rubbish rappers So in case you quite should be responsive to why people hate hip hop with out even listening to it, it's with the aid of fact those bums like Weezy F for failure, youthful cheesy, futurama, snitch homie quan, ASAP sloppy, Kanye the yeast an infection, and drake the cake
