click on tools, internet options, delete cookies, clear history, delete files. then your are done!

Tools -> Internet Options -> Clear History
You might also want to click on the other two options in case you were looknig at pictures that were stored in yout temp folders:
Delete cookies
Delete Files (check offline content box, too)

tools>internet options> on the GENERAL tab..click "delete cookies" check offline content when the box comes up, when that is done> choose delete files on the same GENERAL TAB, also check offline content. then go toward the bottom of the GENERAL tab and click "clear history"...after that is done, open the "CONTENT" tab and click on "auto complete" click on "clear passwords" and "clear forms" then click ok and this should clear pretty much all your internet activity...if you dont want people in ur business u should do this each time you are done with the internet!

You can simply follow dan select these from you internet explorer main menu:
-"Tools-Internet Options-General-...."
-"Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete-.."
Click anything with words: clear or delete .
