I have radio and television experience but have never done paid voiceover work.

They asked me to send them a demo with my rate. I've never charged for voiceover work, so I'm not sure where to start.

You're obviously not a member of the Screen Actor's Guild or equivalent, so the best thing to do is research this. A rule of thumb is a minimum of $75 per hour of professional work, plus any expenses, and rights to any royalties based on reuse of the material.

I don't know a lot about your circumstances (does your voice sound like someone famous, etc.) so contact the non-union actors to find out what they say.

Good luck!
