He'd probably do probabtion...he can't go to jail...They'd have to keep him in a cell away from every person in there..because of fans..and psychos.. and people who will be pissed that he really faked it..and members of the 'Black Mafia'..and people who were upset about the whole 'Biggie Feud'..

For real.It's a felony to fake your death in America.But if he was dead like everybody says he is,don't you think he'd know that he could go to jail?I wouldn't fake my own death and cause never-ending grief to my family,friends,and fans.
