Yes. My high school friends and I were wanna-be movie makers in the late 80's - early 90's and used a Tones on Tail song for the closing credits for one of our horrible movies. We snagged it from my brother's CD collection (as he was a "waver-guy" and we were a bunch of "rockers"). I wouldn't call them a punk band though. Kind of a wave band, I think.
