After looking at some of your other questions Christina I would have to say that maybe this is not the best place for you to be seeking advice... perhaps you should be talking to your mom or some other trusted adult. Giving up your virginity is a BIG BIG deal and should not be taken lightly. From what I have read it doesn't sound like you even really want to have sex with this guy. If that's the case don't lead him on with phone sex, hand jobs and kisses below the neck. Tell him you are not ready and DEMAND that he respects this and that he should stop asking for it. If he doesn't then you should take the upper hand and dump him. It sounds to me like that's all he wants from you anyway. A good relationship does not center around "When are we gonna do it baby?" There is a getting to know you period when you find out things about each other, your likes and dislikes, your hopes and dreams for the future. The building of a relationship makes the climax (plz excuse the play on words) of it all the more sweeter. Who knows you may find out that he is not deserving of this most ultimate gift and wouldn't you hate to cheat out the one who is?
