I used to work in a chemical lab so I know your delima very well. Before you put any lotion on your hands, check the ingredients. If you see the word 'alcohol', don't use it. Alcohol is added to hold fragrance, so if it smells good it will most likely dry your skin out more. Their are exceptions to this rule. Some products use waxes to hold fragrance (like parafin or carnuba wax) but these will always feel greasy. I recommend a combination of two products - both by Mary Kay. Use the Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream at night when your going to bed, and the Mary Kay Satin Hands and Body (unscented) Hydrating Lotion during the day. You can order both from:

use lots of lotion!!!! use like neutrogena especially the ones for hands
