Headaches are caused by dehydration, try drinking regular amounts of water and your headaches will be a thing of the past
Pain killers will not work
Once you have a headache drink a glass of water and have a warm (Not hot) bath.
I know this works as I get the same problem if I forget to drink

You need to drink at least 2 litres of water daily, throughout the day.
For me, smelling coffee does wonders for headaches.
Another trick is hair oil or olive oil. Just drop a little bit at the crown of your head, and massage/rub it in vigorously with your fingertips. You'll be surprised how warm your fingers get. Relief from headache will soon follow.
You won't need to do that everyday, just as and when you feel the need.

The quinine in Indian tonic water has a very soothing effect on headaches, especially those caused by the weather, heat or pressure. Though as a headache cure I'd recommend it without the gin... ;)
Works every time for me!

It's hard to keep cool w/o AC but try wringing out a cloth hankie in cold water and draping it on the back of your neck (or tie a cold wet bandanna around it) and leave it till it dries. This will cool the blood in your jugular veins. Rinse your hands and forearms in cool water when you get a chance (in the washroom etc.) Wear loose cotton clothes if poss, and sandals--let your skin breathe.
Spritz yourself with light cologne or water from an atomizer--evaporation will cool you down quickly.

Dont drink coffee.
Try to get out of the office and get some fresh air at lunch time.
Run cold water over your wrists and drink more water.........at least 2 litres daily and an extra glass for every cup of tea or coffee.

When I get heat headaches, I have to take aspirin, take a cool shower, and wear icepacks on my head and neck. The shower wouldn't really be practical at work of course, but I think you can do something with ice or cold wet clothes or napkins.
Good luck!

Try wetting wrist bands with cool water and putting them on, change them every few minutes until the headache stop.
The cool water will cool the main artery in your wrist which will in turn cool a large amount of blood that flows to your brain.

drinking water really is the main key I think. I always have a Nalgene bottle with me, even at work, and I'm constantly taking a drink of water from it. Also, make sure you're getting enough food--that's also very important to feeling well
