Try making a paste out of baking soda and water and putting it on your individual zits. They shrink dramaticly overnight (but it would be best to sleep on your belly).

I work for a derm office and with my expierience with acne, esp. body acne it's best not to irritate it or you could possibly spread it. proactive is just benzoyl peroxide which could be found over the counter. The best thing for you to do is to go see a dermatologist and see what type of Rx's are best for you! Also if your lucky the derm might prescribe an antibiotic like doxy or minocycline.

ACNE dear. You need to get a back scrubber and scrub your back whenever you take a bath. Get someone to apply clean and clear pimple cream on your back. Lessen the oily foods you eat as well, if you sweat, try putting a face towel on your back because sweat that stays on your back can also cause pimples or acne.

Try this and I hope it works for you .....

Get a loofah sponge or anything with a handle that would work great in washing your back while exfoliating at the same time.

Worked good for me when I was younger as I had the same problem.

Hopefully it'll work for you and you can show off :)

try this one clearasil product, i forget what it's called but it has a night cream and a day gel and put it on your back. it worked beautifully for my younger brother. since it's your back, try a sensitive skin variety or you might develop dry skin there and that's just as bad. i'd only use it two days in a row then take a day or two off till you see how it works.

You could have someone help you scrub them really well and then apply some powder of foundation on them to try and hide them. Since you have time, try to get rid of them, use Neutrogena products for acne. Then use make up to cover up any scars.
