electricity - everything on it, and I learn this a hard way during the half of the nation fall in to darkness, and day time nothing is working

PC - information is knowledge, you can research anything you want and make up your own mind ,and it use is endless

telephone- there a time where if a family member go away to another country if they don't come back. you will never hear they voice anymore. we use the telephone to do a lot of things

airplane- you know the say now you can wake up in the morning in new york by evening you are in Tokyo-japan.

refrigerator- is the least that would come in a lot people mind. without refrigerator lot of people would not be able to live in modern city where they are no farms. now your fresh kill meats and vegetable can last a year or more. You know some part of the world people have search for food everyday because no matter how big it is. the rest are rotten in less then 3 day.

The printing press has to be up there as one of the top inventions. It helped information to spread like wildfire.

Fire, time, the wheel, electricity, flight, the telephone, computers
and on the lighter side: shoes, Rum, sex toys :-)

well, i can't answer them all, but I'd say fire, the wheel, language, writing....those have to be somewhere on the list.
