I am looking for interst from the scientific community/ institutions researching marine biology to view, prove and publish my theory of 'Whale navigation, whale strandings, whale re-navigation and preventative systems to combat whale strandings'. The theory is logical, plausible and scientifically based, therefore warrants further investigation. Well whats your theory? I mean not even a teaser to what your theory could be?
I think you should at least give out something to substantiate that you actually have a theory. Because if it involves missile guided lasers or something I dont think people would be interested.
