Well so far, every answer here has been wrong.

It was on Tv, that years ago, a Man did actually give birth .

I am not sure how, but he was was born a MAN, and had not had any operations or anything like that.

It is not very common , Nor do we hear of it, but yes , it has happend.

yes, they can have a baby, everyone knows that,

And everyone knows they just can't give birth to a baby,

Even babies know that, Males in most species are not designed to have babies, Mother nature knows what and why, and besides, men could not take the labor pain,

They don't have the hardware to sustain the baby to full term.

Nope. In addition to not having the anatomy, they don't have the hormones necessary.

Although it would be something to behold.

no, they don't have the required organs to do so. and they wouldn't be able to handle the pain!!!
