Your chances of finding all the X-men comics in orginal print form are slim. It would cost an amazing amount of money, and would take quite some time to do most likely. Furthermore, even reading every X related title would take some time. Trust me, I have started and am still in the 1980's. You should decide how much you want to read. You can stick to just Uncanny X-men, which means most likely you will miss some of the stuff going on after the simple X-men title was introduced. Or you can read those two titles, which have most stuff. Or you can add in the other X-teams, including X-factor, Excaliber, X-force, New Mutants, and Generation X (there are others as well). In addition to the teams, there is also individual series that are sometimes important, the most notable being Wolverine and Cable. Beyond this there are hundreds of Mini Series, one shots and crossovers to delve into.
To get you on your way, the simplest thing would be to purchase the X-men Essentials books, which are black and white collections of X-men comics. The Essentials book have, get this, all the essential stuff you need to know about the X-men. You should start with Essential Uncanny X-men #1, rather than Essential X-men #1, which is the reboot done by Chris Claremont after X-men was cancelled.
If these are not enough to satisify you in your quest, you can try finding other trades or comics, but you may have a hard time with early obscure stuff. Unfortantly, the only afforable option is currently to download them using programs such as bittorrent. There are files out there that feature every X-men comic in read order, so happy hunting. Nuff Said!

Doubleb is right, bittorrent is probably the best way to go. I've seen packs called "Chronological X-Men", going up to about 15 or so. Huge torrents, at about 5 or 6 gigs each, but they should give ya what you need.

I have all of the original, uncanny, special series and annuals. It comes to over 800 books including some special covers. I'm asking for $15,000 for it.

Well, if you got the money, and you're lucky enough, you could try milehighcomics.com, mycomicshop.com, yahoo auctions and ebay.com
But the best bet is to go and get the tradepaper backs, from either any of those sites or amazon.com, also.
