By the letter of the LAW you cannot have sex with her until 2072 after her 18th birthday. Any sooner it is rape and look to be registered as a sexual predator in the national data base. just a heads up on that. it depends on the state and if they wish to prosecute you, some states will.

They would count her legal years the normal way. She would just have 9 'birthdays' but still be legally 36.
The way you have your question worded it sounds like you had sex with a 6 year old. Then had sex with her again 30 years later.

i guess she would be the oldest looking 9 year old. Might be incacerated because if her age is counted the way you did, you'll have to spend some years in prison. But be realistic.
