I love their music and appreciate what they're trying to do for all the poor countries in the world. I'm mostly (and only) interested in what do you think of their music, but say what you want...

One of my all-time favorite bands.
Have covered their material and
think that they are very cool indeed.
Bono is the a super example of
a front man, and of a humanitarian.
I look up to him and think what he is
doing with his fame, is a great and positive
example of what anyone can do, in their own
little corner of the world.
Recently inducted into the hall of fame by Bruce "The Boss"
it was a joy to finally see them get what they were due.
Hats off to U2, as a band, and as humans, being~
Paul/Bono,
you da man.

I must admit I haven't heard their music since 1983.
I get a small sparkly tear in my eye when thinking about Bono's work for the poor folk.
I sometimes imagine Bono's greasy overly dyed hair is a cat he trained to sleep quietly on his head.
I have nightmares that star Bono in a glittering spandex suit as he morphs into an old fat Elvis.

very talented, very good music
U2 is the only band ever that has never put out a song that i didn't like
i think that the Chili peppers are almost U2 good
i like U2 so much that i use them to judge good bands & musicians....if a band is almost U2 good, that band is great....if the band is no good at all they are dust on Bono's heels

i like them. i haven't heard much of their songs, but what i have heard i liked. oh, and a note to ~princess~: they counted wrong for a reason. their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 14th cds were all produced by the same person or something like that, and that's why they counted wrong. they didn't do it because they don't know how to count in spanish.

the group is classic!! Joshua Tree.. that's all said right there! Their new stuff isn't all that good now but I still buy it because I love them. But I am old school anyway.. that makes me bias... sorry

the best thing aout hearing u2 on the radio is, you probably wont hear them again all day.
