Reality is relative to one's knowledge and/or ignorance.
Truth is constant, despite one's awareness of it.

Living in one's own reality, doesn't require living in truth. Any yet, denying truth does not remove it from reality.

How bitter the truth is, is dependant on the individuals 'reality'. People live different kinds of reality, the more they deny the 'truth', the more bitter it will become. If you choose to live as a realist, accepting all truths.. then it really won't be all that bitter.

Reality is sickeningly sweet.

Truth is also sweet.

But, the difference in the DEGREE OF SWEETNESS is so great that, by comparison, truth is bitter.

Everything is relative.
