I don't understand either. Hell, I didn't know that 70% is only half now.
Damned "inflation". Nothing has the value it used to half. Not even Americans. Takes 70% to make up half the population.

LOL My husband got slapped into Basic math in college because he didnt know fractions...LOL he's going to school to be an accountant...LOL How funny is that?
