Not sure what your question is here..... Are you asking about manufacturers and dealers? Do you have a maintenance question? Do you want to know how to install one?

There are several brands available, and a Yahoo, or Google search will turn them up, online. Tho, you can typically find them anywhere you find a dealer for those "sun room" additions.

As for maintenance... We'd have to know what the problem is to be able to help.

Installing one is fairly straight forward, you simply attach it to your exterior wall, and if it is electric powered, run a power source to it. How you attach it to the wall, depends more on what kind of wall, than anything else... so, you need to supply more information, if you wish to follow up that angle.

Oh...if your question is about their general use, and longevity.... they are a handy source of shade, and most come with a warranty on the material, and mechanical parts. Never leave them extended during high winds/storms, as they could get damaged.
