this is a 6 unit apartment building with only 1 gas&electric meter,can my landlord charge me more then the rest for utilities if its not stated in my lease i live in barberton,ohio

don't think so. I think they are supposed to use some sort of formula, like charging a percentage for a certain number of people in the apartment so that it equals the exact amount of the bill. Otherwise it could be constued as...oh crap, what would that be called? Getting extra money by saying they were charging for a different company.
