I have been told that you can request a divorce/annulment in the legal section of yours and his/her local newspaper.... they have a certain time-line to respond/dispute it, and it's as good as done.
Check it out, maybe you can get free advice from a divorce attorney?

try your local courts website. annulments are much harder to get, you must go to court to prove reasons for granting the annulment, its up to the judge. no guarantees. in california the only grounds are: incest, bigamy, under age, prior existing marriage, unsound mind, fraud, force, physical incapacity. Usually people go on fraud. ANNULMENT IS NOT JUST BASED ON THE LENGTH OF THE MARRIAGE THERE ARE OTHER FACTORS YOU MUST PROVE this is a common misconception.

Best of luck to you!!!
