No, we only have commonly accpeted cultural aspects of life. What is normal in one culture can be unlawful or unheard of in another culture.

I don't believe so. It used to be considered normal for children to have two parents living in the same home - dad working, mom at home cooking and cleaning.

Now it's both parents work, are stressed, still can't make the bills, and are probably divorced or at least separated. Neither has too much energy left for the kids.

Children of the past were supposed to be "seen but not heard" (have good manners). Children these days do whatever they feel like doing, and have no respect for anyone.

This really depends on your definition of what is normal? Perhaps what you consider to be "normal" is not considered to be such by everyone else. This being the case, there is always something that could be considered to be "normal" for everyone. It's just a matter of finding it.

Normal;
Since there is a word that peolple needed to have, then there must be a reason for this word.

What is normal. is it realtive?
I am normal because i do what normal people do.
normal people??? who are these?? who says that THEY are the normal ones? "the normal ones"?? so there is a group of people that is normal?? but what about all the other groups? don't they also call themselves normal??

normal is what we want to believe is normal, just because we want it to be so. So normal is realtive! and it is different form one person to the other..

Nothing is truly normal because normal is a subjective term. Everyone has a different perception of normal.

According to "Webster's Dictionary" there's five discriptions of the word normal:

1. conforming to the standard or the common type; usual.

2. average in any psychological trait, as intelligence or personality.

3. my favorite: free from any mental disorder

4. the average or mean. (mean?)

5. the standard or common type.

some help, webster! like, now we're suppose to know what normal is?

Only you can answer this for yourself. Your family background, your area of the world and you age has a lot to do with who you are and what is normal for you.
I bet you have something specific in mind, why not ask that?

About the only thing I can think of that has any substantial chance at being 100% certain, is the correct outcome of a mathematical equation.
