That he is cured. The bump on the head he got when he rescued her in NYC re-scrambled his brain, and he is normal. He doesn't want Lily to know because she thinks they are such a good fit--her with her ASD and him with his reduced mental capacity. Such love! But you know secrets never stay secrets in Pine Valley! I wish I knew. I haven't watched that show in such a long time. i was surprised to find out that the guy who played the original Roman is a villain now! That sucks! And how can Marlena not know she's being drugged?!? She's such a smart woman, how can they write her to be a dope?!

That when he was attacked, something in his brain shifted and he is no longer "slow" like he was when they first got together. He doesn't want to tell Lily because she says they fit together because they're both "special", and now he's not special anymore. Amanda knows too.
