my mom uses hair spray to clean ink out of a washing machine.

Spray all the ink spots with wd40 ...then wipe them off with a cloth and spray the indie of the tub again ..then run a empty washer load with detergent and 1 cup of vinegar in hot water. That should take it all out.

believe it or not, try ordinary hair spray in the can to saturate the ink and immediately try to blot up the ink onto a paper towel. it works for clothing and i see no reason that it won't work for the machine. saturate saturate.

oxyclean works great. Just run it without anything in it. You may still see ink ON the machine itself afterward but it is only a stain and will not bleed onto clothes...I've done this lol!!!
