you have a conditioned response. in your mind there is just one way to ejaculate. you only have a couple of options... invision that you are doing your conditioned position when you are really not... see if that works and then slowly try to recondition yourself... OR you can see a psychiatrist that can perhaps hypnotize you in order to get a quicker result...
