*Red Heads*?

okay.what colors look best on red heads with their pale skin nad freckles?

You are probably an Autumn, so you should wear brighter colors that are darkened or subdued. Olives, greens, browns, golden yellows, gold, dark reds, dark subdued blues, and chocolates would work well.

lavender, greens (especially), med to light blues, grey, yellow, aqua (especially), some browns and a light pink. I'm a light- haired red and dk blue as well as alot of other dark and bold colors make my hair look orange. Black doesn't look to bad if your young but the older you get the harder it makes you look. Stay away from beige, neutrals, red, any shade of pink unless it is very light, and definitely orange or coral yuk!!! And remember if your a light red with very light skin pastels are the best. For make-up I use light colors because it will tone down the hair and give you a healthy look instead of a hard look. Eyeshadow are usually pinks and purple, same with blush and light pinkish/brownish lipsticks. Eyeliner is blues, charcoals etc. Remember red hair is vibrant enough so you dint have to add alot of color to your face. If you do you will get the clown effect because red hair will intensify the colors on your face.

It depends really depends on what shade of red you have.

If you have natural (or dyed) orange-red hair, I have three sisters with red hair (mine's brown), and I can tell you to stay far away from pink and lavender. The brighter they are (fuschia and purple) the worse it looks. Think fall colors - oranges/peaches, greens, golden yellows, browns/tans, and cream.

If you have dyed blue-red hair, stay away from the fall colors. Cooler colors like pinks, aqua, white, and blues are good. A lot of it depends on your skin tone, too.

Hey, that's me! I always get complimented when I wear pastel colours, particularly pink and blue (my eyes are blue). I try to avoid white and black as they don't do anything for my pale skin. Stick to soft colours because they'll play up your skin tone and hair colour. I go for softer colours for makeup, too - ie. brown eyeliner and mascara over black. Hope that helps!

All colors. The 'rules' are not to wear red, and so on, but really... we look hot in almost anything. The blondes are threatened by us so they try to impose rules to tone us down... just ignore it. If you look good in something, buy it.

My hubby is a red head and he looks great in lime green, baby blue, navy blue.

I am not sure what color looks good on a red head but I do know that RED is not a good color. good luck trying to find a perfect color for yourself.

Green is great! If you're eyes are blue, try it. No yellows, reds or purples. Pink, perhaps
