When the sim is pregnant and uyou want her to have twins when do you put in foretwins when shes having it or before

you put in the code while she is having the baby, you know when she about to push her baby out.but i had to do it a couple times before it worked and (twins are hard to take care of) good luck!

Anytime she is pregnant, if you have her selected and enter the cheat code for twins, she will have twins. This only works if you have the Open For Business expansion pack.
