Honestly, I have to replace my screen every year because of kids pushing on it instead of the metal frame...I do it myself. It's easy to do. Go to the hardware store, Menards, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. Get the screen and probably get a package of the rubber spline and pick up the tool (mine has a wood handlein the center with a metal wheel at each end). This tool makes the job a lot easier to push the spline in the frame around the screen. I think I replaced mine in about 15-20 minutes.

I know at my local hardware store, I purchased the new screen material and he did say they replace them too. However I didn't find out a price knowing I could do it myself. The material might cost about $10.
