Do they make a pill for woman who are always grumpy, moody, yell about everything, won't let things drop, bring up old stuff that should be long forgotten, flip out easily, or is this just a woman trait that can't be fixed.

Are you just venting or do you really want to help her and ultimately yourself?
If you really want to help her, she probably has a hormone inbalance which is making her act this way. My best friend is a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in hormones. Your girlfriend or wife should probably check out my friends website, although it deals with menopause it applies to all women regardless of age. Not only does it explain why they are having such symptoms it also teaches them what to do to get their hormones back in balance and be the women they really want to be anyway. If she really has an imbalance she feels trapped because she doesn't know what to do to change these behavoirs or feels that it is normal because it has been that way for so long.
On the other hand if you are just wanting to vent ...
